Liberty Lobby’s latest assault on IHR and its parent corporation, Legion for the Survival of Freedom, is just one of nearly three dozen suits Carto has filed against LSF/IHR since being caught converting millions of dollars from LSF/IHR accounts.
What you may not know is that Carto’s technique of attempting to ruin his enemies through litigation is neither new, nor unique with LSF/IHR.
In 1988, for example, Judge Robert Bork found that Carto’s Liberty Lobby used litigation as a weapon. The attorney representing Liberty Lobby in this losing effort was none other than Mark Lane.
